TERMS OF SERVICE
1. The service
Fleetfall is an online multiplayer strategy game for PC and mobile. Playing online requires a connection to our game server; we work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may update, change or discontinue features (including for maintenance) at any time.
2. Your account
An account is created automatically when you first play and may be linked to your Steam or Google identity. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account may not be active in two places at once.
3. Fair play & conduct
The following will get an account warned, suspended or permanently banned, at our discretion:
- cheating, exploiting bugs, using modified clients, automation or anything that manipulates matches or the server;
- abusive, hateful or harassing chat, messages or names;
- abusing the report or support systems (false reports, spam);
- interfering with the service (flooding, attacks, unauthorized access attempts).
Reports filed by players are reviewed by a human before any penalty. A banned account sees the reason in-game and can appeal by e-mail.
4. Virtual items and purchases
In-game currency, commanders, skins, cases and other virtual items are licensed to you for use in the game; they are not property, have no real-world value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Purchases are made through the platform (Steam, Google Play, Apple) and follow that platform's refund policy. Cosmetic items never affect gameplay strength.
5. Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the text you write (chat, names, tickets), and you grant us the permission needed to display and relay it inside the game and to review it for moderation. Don't submit anything unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.
6. Termination
You can stop playing and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
7. Disclaimers
The game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost progress caused by events outside our reasonable control, or third-party platform issues. Nothing in these terms limits rights that your local consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and significant changes will be announced in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
