PRIVACY POLICY
This policy explains, in plain language, what data Fleetfall ("we", "us") processes when you play, why we need it, and what control you have. We built the game to need as little of your data as possible: there is no e-mail/password registration, no ad tracking on this website, and we never sell data.
1. Data we process
- Account & identity. A randomly generated player ID is created on first launch. If you sign in through a platform, we receive your public identity from it: your Steam ID, persona name and avatar, or your Google account name, e-mail address and profile photo. We use these only to display your profile and keep your progress attached to you.
- Gameplay data. Match results and statistics, rating and level, in-game currency and cosmetic items you own, your friends list and pending requests, and your display name.
- Chat and messages. Match/party chat and direct messages are relayed live between players. Chat is not stored on our servers, with one exception: when a player files a report, the recent chat lines relevant to that report are attached to it as evidence and kept with the support ticket.
- Support tickets and reports. If you contact support in-game or report a player, we store that conversation (your messages, our replies, and any attached context) so we can help you and moderate the game.
- Technical data. Your IP address and connection metadata are processed to run the online service, prevent abuse (e.g. flood protection and fair-play checks) and diagnose problems. Basic, aggregate session analytics (how many players are online, session counts) are kept for operating the game.
2. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We do not read your chat except as described above (report evidence you or another player attach).
- This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
3. Purchases and third parties
Payments are handled entirely by the platform you play on (Steam, Google Play or Apple). We never see your payment details — the platform only tells us what you are entitled to (for example, a purchased commander). If a future update adds advertising or analytics partners in the mobile version, this policy will be updated first and the partners will be named here.
4. Where the data lives and how long
Game data is stored on our own game server. Account data is kept while your account exists. Support tickets and reports are kept as long as needed for moderation. Server logs rotate on a short schedule.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data attached to your account or to delete your account and its data — see the dedicated account deletion page for both paths (in-game and from the web, no app required). If you are in the EU/EEA, these requests are honoured under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, objection); everyone gets the same treatment regardless of location.
6. Children
Fleetfall is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age of your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child is using an account, contact us and we will remove it.
7. Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the "last updated" date above changes and significant updates will be announced in the game.
