DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
You can request deletion of your Fleetfall account and its data at any time — with or without the game installed.
Option 1 — from the web (no app needed)
Send an e-mail to support@fleetfall.co with the subject "Delete my account". So we can find the right account, include at least one of:
- your friend code (shown on your profile in-game, looks like F1A2B),
- your in-game display name, or
- the Steam profile / Google account the game is linked to.
We process deletion requests within 7 days and confirm by reply.
Option 2 — from inside the game
Open Settings → Support and file a ticket asking for account deletion — replies land back in the game, live.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in links (Steam / Google identity mapping)
- Your profile: display name, rating, level, currency and statistics
- Owned cosmetics (commanders, planet skins) and equipped loadouts
- Your friends list and pending requests (both directions)
- Your support tickets and their conversations
What may be retained: moderation records where your account was reported by another player are kept as evidence for fair-play enforcement, and minimal server logs are retained on a short rotation for security. Neither is connected back to a live account after deletion.
Good to know
- Deletion is permanent — progress, rating and purchased cosmetics cannot be restored.
- Platform purchases live with the platform: refund questions follow Steam / Google Play policy.
- Deleting the game from your device does not delete the account — use one of the options above.
